I don't even want to give them ONE star! After almost 4 months of waiting on All County Appliance Service in Douglasville to get our refrigerator fixed, it's FINALLY fixed. But, no thanks to them! They have been giving me the run-around for almost FOUR months. One phone call, the part was on it's way. Another phone call, it hadn't been ordered yet. Another phone call, it came in damaged. And in the meantime, we had to keep towels next to it because our refrigerator was leaking all over the kitchen floor! So, another company was finally put on the job. The guy came in, diagnosed the problem (which was completely different from the diagnosis All County gave!), got the part off his truck, and fixed it. I highly DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

Called on Feb 25th for service, the service technician came out on Sat. accessed 1/2 problem. Came back on Mon 27th, to put in Compressor, found another problem. Left on the 27th doing nothing. Came back on the 28th around 11:00 am put parts in, refrig was running and cooling. That night the frig quits working again. I called the office Tues night, Wed am, and went to the office Friday am before I could get service on Friday Mar 3rd after 3:00 pm. Office staff was rude, unconcerned, and mouthy. In the midst of this, the phone was disconnected so I could not contact them. Sent emails, got no response. Here it is Sat March the 4th, the service from yesterday was in vain. My refrigerator is still not working. I can not leave a message this morning because there is no answering machine. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!

RBS did the warranty repair for my refrigerator, but about two weeks later than promised. And they couldn't even send a person to look at the fridge/freezer (which wasn't functioning) for six days. Now, a month later, I still have no ice or filtered water because the repairman couldn't reconnect the water line after doing the repair. Still waiting for a new water line to be installed! The office staff has been friendly and polite, but this time frame is unacceptable.
