  Memorial Hospital's Stella Beard Infusion Center treats patients whose infections are unresponsive to oral antibiotics, dehydration, gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, congestive heart failure, Crohn's Disease, hemophilia, immune deficiencies, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and more. Infusion therapies can take a few minutes or up to eight hours depending on the treatment plan prescribed by the patient's physician.

  Navigating all the elements of diabetic care takes expertly trained providers like Dr. Kathryn Skuza, Wyoming's only Pediatric Endocrinologist, and Ashley Littleton, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetic Educator. Together, along with Memorial Hospital's other primary care providers, they have developed a diabetic treatment network to ensure patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes receive the care, training and education needed to live their lives to the fullest.

  Wyoming offers two Family Medicine Residency programs in the state, and Memorial Hospital serves as one of the rural sites for these programs. Physicians who complete their rural family medicine rotation at Memorial Hospital work side-by-side with our physicians and providers to better understand the nuances of rural medicine. Residents are also exposed to the challenges and opportunities of practicing in the rural setting and living in a small community.

  Annual well-child appointments are recommended for children beginning at three years of age. During the appointment, the provider will review your child's physical and emotional development, and offer guidance on or administer immunizations. They also provide you the opportunity to address any health concerns, ask questions, and take some time to focus on the health of your child with a trusted professional. An added plus to scheduling annual well-child with your child's provider is you can also have them fill out any required physical forms for your student's planned activities for the school year.

  The cardiopulmonary department at Memorial Hospital provides services 24 hours a day. All providers are Wyoming licensed, nationally certified, and hold BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and Stable certifications. Members of the cardiopulmonary team work with patients on the patient floor, in the wellness department, doctors' offices, emergency department, surgery, obstetrics and nursery departments, and intensive care unit.

  Upon his return to the States, Dr. Lyford was stationed at the Munson Army Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas He completed his internal medicine residency as well as a fellowship in gastroenterology at Kansas University Hospital. Dr. Lyford moved to Casper, Wyoming, in 1974 where he practiced at the Wyoming Medical Center until his retirement in 1996. In addition to his duties on the hospital board, Dr. Lyford is a member of the Lions, a master gardener and a wood craftsman—having built kitchen cabinets for over 30 Habitat for Humanity homes. Dr. Lyford and his wife, Joyce, live on acreage outside of Glenrock, Wyoming.

  Dr. Angelo M. Santiago has been in practice for over 20 years and founded Central Wyoming Neurology in Casper, Wyoming in May of 2004.   Matt Dammeyer joined Memorial Hospital in 2019. He earned his Master’s and PhD degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY and started his career in healthcare with a private practice in Norfolk, NE. Matt was most recently the CEO of the Alaska Psychiatric Institute (API) in Anchorage and, concurrent with this position, owned a consulting firm focused on assisting clinical practices, with education for acute psychiatric care. He spent a large amount of his professional career at the Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska. Leaving private practice in 2001, he took on roles with ever-increasing degrees of leadership input and responsibility including Clinical Director/Staff Psychologist, Director of Behavioral Health, Assistant Administrator, and finally Chief Operating Officer, a position he held for seven years.

  Dr. Eric Schubert also comes from many years experience in Neurosurgery, most recently with Mountain View in Casper. Along with Sara Thronburg, FNP-C, Dr. Schubert holds neurosurgical clinics in Casper, Douglas, Riverton, Lander, Gillette, and Rawlins. It all starts off with an office visit and an allergy test to help Dr. Freeman zero in on the exact cause of your stuffy nose, watery eyes or itchy rash.
