Located in Dothan, Ala., Women's HealthCare offers a wide range of services, including 24-hours emergency care, in-office access to the medical technology and equipment and ongoing patient education. The center provides advanced obstetrical, gynecological and specialized health care services to women. It offers various health programs for children, including checkups, immunizations and nutritional counseling. The health care center also provides various services that include stroke and heart attack prevention program, HIV testing and counseling and health screenings. Women's HealthCare has a primary care clinic that offers a range of services, including wound care and evaluation and treatment of acute medical illnesses. Additionally, the center provides treatment of various chronic medical illnesses that includes diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma and thyroid problem. Women's HealthCare has a staff of more than 15 board-certified physicians and over 65 ancillary staff members, including a nurse practitioner, certified imaging technicians, registered nurses, certified medical assistants and insurance specialists.
