I can not disagree with you more! This staff was the most conscientious group of individuals I have ever experienced at any dental or medical office. They were clearly organized and extremely polite. The made a very anxious experience extremely pleasant and I would recommend the staff but more importantly the doctor to anyone. He had the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever seen and when performing the procedure on my mouth, I did not feel a thing. I had no complications after surgery and everyone I have spoken to that has gone to their office has had the exact same experience. We need more great doctors and offices like this!

I do not recommend this oral surgeon office. When I went for a consultation the office manager was very rude and condescending. I asked the office manager if my excuse for work could be elaborated to include more information and to also include the day before. Her response to me was no and if I was in so much pain why am I not coming back the next day. That should be none of her concern I?m being scheduled for surgery so I have to work around other people?s schedule so that I will have somebody to drive me home. If you want to be talked down to by snobby, overpaid receptionist, then by all means go to this office.
