I am building a small cabin like house and I have used Lowes for all my needs. I must say that every one single person that has helped me has gone the second mile for me. It is quite a pleasure going to Lowes, as I go about 4 times a week. On occasion I have made a purchase for later delivery and have gone in to exchange the item and using my Lowes American Express has been quick and easy. In fact, it is easier to make a payment on the account at Lowes than it is over the phone calling the card company. I just want you to know how much I appreciate all the guys in the lumber area and Donna on the register and all the others there. Randy has been a huge help as is David , he's all over the place working. All the employees have been quite knowledgeable and that's impressive. Keep up the great work people. and thank you
