Holloway Credit Solutions is a credit-reporting agency. Based in Dothan, Ala., it offers a wide variety of products and services, including healthcare portfolio management, third party collections, SWAP (Secure Web Access Platform), special projects, commercial credit reporting, commercial collections and developed credit reports, to name a few. SWAP (Secure Web Access Platform) provides its clients with a single point of communication for all reports, including acknowledgements, progress reports, cancel reports, address changes and bankruptcy notifications, all payment reporting, account close and return requests and other common forms of communication and all file transfers, including new business, payments and reconciliations.
