Covenant Hospice Dothan Branch Office serves the residents of Barbour, Coffee, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston and Pike counties in Alabama. It is a part of Covenant Hospice, which was founded in 1983 and offers care services for patients with life-limiting illnesses. It is a nonprofit organization that is accredited by The Joint Commission. The organization affiliate Alzheimer's Family Services, also known as AFS, provides support services to families with Alzheimer's disease.
