Celtia Salon is a professional hair styling salon where the dry cut is more of an art than a style. We firmly believe that your hair should say something about the person wearing it. It is our goal to work with every client to give them a cut and style that accentuates their most flattering natural features. In addition to fantastic cuts, we also color! We use John Sahag products and Schwarzkopf color. By appointment only.
