My review is a reflection of my experience at the W. Adams location ONLY. It was apparent to me today that if you aren't a size 10 or below (by their standards) then you aren't an important customer. Nobody advised me that the gowns run anywhere from 4 to 6 sizes smaller than your normal everyday attire before or during trying on dresses. Only after I tried on numerous gowns, became discouraged, and voiced my reason for leaving did someone offer the information about how sizes ran and even then still didn't offer to help me find anything. Once they realized I didn't fit into any of their "normal" store sizes they moved on to other customers. It was like I had no reason being in a store that offered elegant gowns just because of my size. I am a size 14 in normal clothing which isn't small but at the same time isn't by any means too large to shop for a nice gown to wear to my son's wedding. Nobody should have to feel this type of humiliation and rejection from the retailer.
