Colonel Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club focuses on providing personal growth opportunities for children and adolescents. It offers more than 200 activities to members between the ages 6 and 18. The club s facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool, education center and games room. It also features teen, arts and child care centers. Colonel Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club offers programs in aquatics, art, athletics and social recreation. Its educational programs include homework assistance, tutoring sessions, and college essay and application workshops. The club serves more than 4,000 boys and girls. Established in 1970, Colonel Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club has collaborations with the Berklee College of Music, Boston College, Stonehill College and the All Dorchester Sports League. The club is located in Dorchester, Mass.
