I had purchased a Kirby vacuum and financed it thru Kolb Enterprise. The people who work in customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. Every time I call I get transferred to a number of people who dont know what they are doing. I gave them a voided check so they can automatically withdraw money from my checking account to pay for the vacuum. Somehow they messed that up but wanted to charge me $75 for payments not going thru. I found out thru my bank they made the mistake and keyed in the wrong checking account number. I'm still waiting for that charge to be removed from the bill. They also overcharged me on finance charges. I asked for them to explain why am I being overcharged they told me they could not explain to me over the phone they will send me the break down thru email. I called 3 times in one day for this email and still have not received anything from them explaining why they overchared me. They are the worst in customer service.
