Terrible service.
I asked them to have the change for a $50 bill, they didn't want. The excuse it was: being too early.
Last Saturday I called to make a reservation for Monday 8 AM, I was told to call back on Monday morning. Called on a Monday @ 6 AM, I was told to call back at the desired time.
I called back at 7:45 AM, I was told that are other orders ahead of me. I call them back @ 8: 15 AM, I was told that it will take much longer than 15 min. What is this? This is terrible! I don't know who owns this establishment, but he may take into consideration to hire persons with better customer service, polite and to organize the service to be on time, for the asking time or at least do not be more than 15-20 minutes late. You may take advantage that you are the only taxi service in the area. With this kind of service, you should be closed and not be operating at all.

At least have the responsibility to charge the same rate for the exact same distance. One driver charges me $2 more for the same trip. Get it together TCA, or I will pursue your ineptness.

Do not use them. Dishonest, untimely. I asked them to pick me up at 9:30, they said they would be there at 10. At 10:30, I called them and they said they were on their way. At 10:45 and 11, they said the same thing. They weren't on their way! At least be honest, but to keep me waiting for over an hour not knowing their ETA is ridiculous. I ended up cancelling the ride because who knew how many hours I would end up waiting.

Worst taxi service ever, perverted drivers. Rather call a jitney
