Seminole County Elementary School offers a range of academic and recreational activities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. The school s core curriculum includes math, language arts, science and social studies. It also offers classes in art, music and physical education. Seminole County Elementary School s guidance department provides counseling programs for parents, principal, staff and students. The school has a media center that houses books, picture dictionaries, and fiction and nonfiction books. In addition, it provides special education programs for children with developmental disabilities. Seminole County Elementary School is governed by Seminole County Schools, which also operates a high school.
