Northern Middle School, located in Dillsburg, Pa., enrolls more than 750 students. It is a public school that provides academic education to students in grades six through eight. The school s curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and foreign languages with a choice in French and Spanish. The middle school also provides physical and special education. Northern Middle School has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, research material, newspapers, online database and Grolier s encyclopedias. The middle school also offers a parent-teacher organization. Additionally, the school organizes various extracurricular activities, such as jazz band, theater, orchestra and dance. The school also offers academic counseling, career guidance and student support services. Northern Middle School also offers various sports activities, including basketball, hockey, soccer, cross country and swimming.
