We had an emergency situation at our home with backup in our basement. Baymont On Call came our right away and took care of the problem. The technician was nice and professional. We recommend them to our friends.
Had an problem that I needed fixed right away. They came out fast and were able to get the job done quick. The service technician was great, real nice guy. Will call them again. They are local people too.

This is a rip off. They tell you up front that it will cost $40 for the visit. When they get there, they tell you it will cost $165 for the diagnostics. Any repairs will be on top of that. When I heard that, I told the guy to leave. The last electrician I used charged me $85 for the visit and the repair. Do yourself a favor and find someone who charges by the hour.
I was very impressed by the response time especially because I was a new customer. Everyone I talked to was really polite. It's nice to have an electrician that I can count on in an emergency.
The technician was so knowledgable and polite. He even wore booties to protect my floors!! WOW! Couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend them to anyone. I know who I'll call next time I need electrical service and you should too.
