I stay here often because I have limited choices in this area. First, no complaints about the staff. They are friendly, courteous, and try to be helpful. But the maintenance on this property is abysmal. The sheets are threadbare. There are stains on the ceilings from roof leaks. There are many inoperative light fixtures. When I attempted to get some repaired recently I was told by the staff that the maintenance person had them on his list but he never showed up for work. They offered to move me, but once I get into a room I don't want to move, so I adjust. I had to call the police once because of a drunken party in the parking lot. If I have any other viable options, I would stay elsewhere.
