We opened this restaurant as a homage to the delicious Muffaletta sandwich, enjoyed each time by my dad and I while vacationing in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was important to us to recreate the sandwich as closely as we could and bring it's unique flavor to the community we live in and appreciate so much; the town of Dillon, Montana.
