General Info
I believe improving our ability to cope with daily life and to reach greater potential can be very satisfying. We all face difficult experiences, health problems and disappointments in life. How we deal with these experiences impacts our current ability to function optimally. The counseling I provide is supportive in nature and increases insight so that my clients are better equipped to deal with their personal life experiences. I provide services to adults, teenagers and children via secure video conferencing (e-therapy). I specialize in early childhood trauma, relationship issues, and family therapy using a developmental approach, as well as sand tray therapy for children, teen focused e-therapy and insight oriented adult therapy.
