I would not recommend them. I went to the drive through...waiting 7 mins for someone to ask to take my order...nothing...I blew my horn and get their attention....NOTHING! So, I decided to just give up and go inside, thinking they maybe really busy...NOT! Three of the workers were just around the side of the building, smoking...one of the female workers even had the headset on, which means she heard me and ignored me. I have never went back, nor will I, until I hear that they have brought in all new people.
I would not recommend this zaxby due to the experience of the cook picking up my french fries with his hands when putting them on my tray. The cook did not use gloves.I spoke with the manager whom was not concern and stated that the cook was not suppose to touch the customer food to weigh the fries.
