Your establishment is our favorite! We eat there at least twice a month...sometimes more. We are usually always very satisfied. On friday 2/28/15 we came in to celebrate our anniversary. I wrote a note on the bav k ? Of my check s nd left my phone number. Im not one to complain at all. However...ive been expecting at least a phone call from upper management. Our meal was totally ruined. We did not recieve our salads. We were nibbling on our appetizer waiting on our drinks which came when the food did? We prefer and usually do get our drinks first. Our salads were skipped. When we said something to our waiter...he apologized...left and came back in about 5 minutes with them.

My family and I came in to the Dickson O'Charleys on Friday night this weekend and I just felt like I needed to let someone know how wonderful our experience was. We are not from the area and were here for a funeral, so needless to say spirits in our family were not the highest. Star was our server. I would just like to say that this young lady with her bubbly charm made our dinner a great turn around for the day. She made us feel so welcome and understood what we had been through, she was very compassionate. she let us move to a quieter table in the corner instead of the middle of the dining room, and that was very aprieciated. She new the menu so well and told us we needed comfort food. we had the top shelf combo and it was excellent! She knew exactly what kind of wine we wanted when we werent sure! She made us laugh with her witty charm, when we felt there wasnt a laugh in us! She suggested the ceader salmon and i fell in love. carmel pie hit the spot.perfect service! Well be back!

Really enjoyed the food and the drinks, the wait staff was great.
