This business is rude and has no care for customer satisfaction. They instead of fixing their mistakes and trying to work on a compromise, point their fingers at others instead of taking responsibility for their actions. My boyfriend paid for a dozen cupcakes with 20% off that would be redeemed on a monthly basis (1 a month) instead of all at once. The card I got did not have an expiration date on it. When I was not able to redeem 6 cupcakes for 6 months due to my busy lifestyle and even more so them closing during business hours or them being closed on days they were supposed to be open, I thought they would still let me receive the 6 cupcakes and just mark off the unused months each time. Nope! They said get over it, it expired. We can no longer accept your card! I told them that wasn't fair, they should honor the fact the cupcakes were paid for. Instead, she rudely blamed me and my boyfriend and then wrote on the card, EXPIRED DEC 2010! No longer will I do business with them!
