My visit started off just great with a very pleasant cashier who took my order. I ordered the chicken, strawberry, poppyseed salad as it's a great healthy choice for the summertime. I was really looking forward to getting home to enjoy my salad and when I opened it, I couldn't have been more disgusted. It was the size of a half salad, mostly wilted lettuce, five pieces of strawberry, two pieces of pineapple, three blueberries, no nuts or oranges. After a very hectic day I was just appalled . I've eaten these salads all summer, from Florida to Georgia and back home to Pa. Wilkes Barre made it right...what happened to the Dickson City Panera; how could something so gross be served ? I spoke with a manager and was assured I would get the next salad free and it would be made right; that doesn't help when I have nothing for dinner . I doubt that this will be posted very long, but, be aware and check your food before leaving.

Great food, good price, and defintely an assett to the area. Many different options to choose from, which range from different breads, muffins, cookies, sandwiches, soups, salads, and the list goes on and on.
