terrible help. My wife was driving a brand new Ram pickup (rental, because the 2014 Charger was in the shop) with 250 miles on it. It would not start. She called Charbonneau and asked for help. The service guy said they were pretty busy and asked if she could find someone to try to jump start it. She said she wasn't from Dickinson and didn't really know anyone. The guy said he would try to figure something out and call her back. He never did. He did not offer her a phone number for roadside assistance or anything. Hope all your customers aren't a BOTHER. But isn't that what you are in business for? I would have given zero stars if that was a choice

This autodealer knows how to conduct business. Very professional, knowledgeable, and they listened to my needs. I found them through their website, that is always changing with new specials. I figured if they put this much work into the rest of the business, I couldn't go wrong. I will be back time and time again.
