Started in 1967 and incorporated in 1979, Baranko Bros Inc. provides all types of earthwork, including underground, concrete, material hauling, construction of landfill facilities, coal mine ash pits, clay liners, as well as projects involving installation of plastic liners for water or waste containment. Based in Dickinson, N.D., the firm has yard and ship facilities in Beaulah, Center and Fairfield. A safety training program is offered with a full time safety coordinator on staff. Clients of Baranko Bros Inc. include Amerada Hess, Encore Operating, Headington Oil Company, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, Montana Dakota Utilities and others. It also has operations for trucking, oilfields and railroads.
