The way this business runs on the rental side is not recommended. I wouldn't go through this company ever again. I needed to rent out my home, and decided to go with this company. There were minor problems getting started, but once someone got into our home, the rent payment was always late, they never picked up when we call, and we were told to stop calling. If they aren't getting much money from you, then they can care less. I had also asked them to check on my home several times, and send a couple pictures or let me know how well this family is caring for my home. They never did check on the house, nor did I recieve any return type of emails or phone calls when I left messages.
