Prices are too high; they tried to sell me repairs and parts that had already been done within the last year.

Took my car in for minor maintenance. Charged me $80 for a diagnostic which I can't determine they actually performed. Tried to sell me a new fuel filter for roughly $50 - it had been replaced just 6 months go. Tried told me I needed new brake rotors - they had been replaced a year ago. Tried to sell me $13 spark plugs plus labor that together totalled roughly $350. They will not see me again.

Not HONEST WORK here! I rate ZERO stars.I told the lady my brake light was on & needed brakes checked. I told her it might be the pads. I gave her 2 cell #s to call me w/cost before any work was done.Needless to say, I had to call to find out the status & was on hold a while. The lady said the light sensor was bad & would cost over $400 & if I don't get the work done there, it would still cost $129 for the diagnostics check. I was never contacted w/estimate & never told about a diagnostic charge. I spoke w/the manager who showed no understanding. I had to pay $129 & left w/ the same problem I had started with. Nothing was fixed at all! Went there b/c it was the closest repair shop in Diamondhead. Do yourself a big favor & don't be overcharged. Take your car to another shop even if it is farther away. You'll be much happier & less frustrated & will save $$$. Since then, I've asked around where others go...just found out a retired resident knows they overcharge elderly women.
