This organization is not a very honest one. They did not tell me my interest rate at time of loan. I wound up at the house reading the paperwork maybe a week later and that is when i found out the charges me over 30% for a loan. They do not send the statements out, nor apparrently do they apply the payments that you send to them. So to repo a vehicle and never tell you that you are in trouble is beyond me. I have talked to various family members and that also have had accounts American General and they are also having problems with them. They have decided not to do business with the people in Arkansas since they changed their name which is now Springleaf Financial Services.
