I would never ever EVER elect to use this Title Company for closing on my property. My closing (which still has not taken place) has been a comedy of errors. Title clerk wrongfully and incorrectly changing values on hud sheet without verificaiton. They had me wire money in advance because they were delayed in getting the final hud to my bank, they are severe procrastinators when it comes to providing final numbers for closing, when closing is delayed, they hold your settlement money and collect interest on YOUR money. The level of incompetence is mind blowing.

Again, never ever EVER would I use or recomment this place.
