This post office my dad has lived in this postal zip code for over thirty five years within the past two months he has not received any mail except for a water bill, where is the rest of his mail? important mail! he doesn't even get junk mail. have put in a complaint and haven't heard anything from them. I mail items at other post offices besides this one because I cant trust the mail will not get where it is going, they need to do away with this station all together! no stars could rate this station.
I hope no one has to live in this area. I can not receive mail at my home to save the world and when I do it's someone else's. I had to go get a po Box in Oak Park just to ensure I'll get my important mail. I called so that they can correct this and I still can't get my mail. Customer Service is terrible as well. Astreet2005
About a couple of months ago, I was awaiting a package to arrive at this location. I already had the tracking info. from online. I was told to call first. I did call and response was: "mail box full". So I took my I.D., and went there. When I got to the window, the cleak left, came back and said there was nothing there for me. Although he was in receipt of the tracking #, he still claimed it wasn't there. I insisted on knowing why was the info. online different from what he was telling me. He asked what was the package and I said I don't know. He then said, why get all upset if you don't even know what it is. The supervisor came out, said he couldn't find it. After I would not leave, finally supervisor brings package to window. I filed a complaint for the behavior of the clerk, also for the postal carrier LYING, that she had left notice when she did not. My husband and I watched her pass our house that day. I want to know what happened to my report? I can file a new one! LOUSY SERVICE!
