Do not come here! Terrible service!! Guy cut a chunk out of my cuticle so bad it wouldn't stop bleeding even after 2 band-aids! Would not return my money and put $2 in front of me like that should compensate me. I should have known better when the kit he used on me did not look like it was freshly sterilized. I'm calling the health department 1st thing Monday morning! Ladies beware of this place!

I had the worst experience at Top nails the older nail tech lady that works there who also does eyebrows was very unprofessional. I asked her could she add some more acrylic to one of my nails because there was a part she missed. She looked at the nail and continue filing my others nails. I repeated to her are you going to add more acrylic to that nail? She replied, "No." I said why not there isn't any acrylic on one part of the nail she forcefully grabbed my hand to look at it and I pulled back from her. She then added the acrylic but complained the whole time about how that nail was now wet. As she continued filing going over the rest of my nails very hard I gave her $12 because that was the price listed for a fill in, but there was another small sign they had taped up that said $14 for medium length nails which I didn't see at first because it was so small and instead of her just telling me it was a additional $2 she instead said to me what is this real loud with other customers inside. She then yelled while pointing at the sign it was $14. I didn't have anymore cash on me so I gave her my credit card to charge it on she told me it was a additional $2 to use it. So at this point I just wanted to get out of that shop because her actions had expose her true character which is very unprofessional, unskilled, hostile, and rude. Everything about this whole situation was unacceptable and it seem she tried to belittle me about the $12 I gave her by yelling at me, "What is this?" She tried to humiliate me. I will never spend money with "Top" nails again. Also once I got home I noticed she ripped a piece of my skin off from filing so hard which is the picture I have added. I didn't get a chance to examine my nails any further until I got home because like I said before I just wanted to get out of there.
