Our plumber, Aaron, of Roto-Rooter Detroit, was here on time, was very polite, knew his stuff, worked very hard , and did a fantastic job from set-up to clean-up. He even found a less expensive solution for our problem than what was first estimated. What more could one ask. Very pleased!

Had any issue with a plugged drain in the Roto-Rooter at 6:00 PM.They said they could have somebody there between 8 and 9.Plumber Bud P (372) showed up at 7:30.He was very polite and friendly.He checked out the problem and gave me a complete explanation as to what he would do .After receiving a very reasonable estimate he proceeded to fix the issue.In the meantime he explained ways to maintain my drains to avoid issues in the future.He was very neat and careful not to mess up any thing Anybody that has worked on drains before knows the black sludge that comes out is nasty and stains anything it touches.I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter in the future and if possible request plumber Bud P.Thanks Bob

Excellent service. Called on a Sunday evening to fix and/or replace a leaking tub faucet the next morning. They arrived the next day on time as scheduled. Excellent work . . great price . . .have used them many times for big jobs and small. They are the best and you can depend on them. Have not had that same experience with other (smaller plumbing companies). Would used Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to my friends and family. They are very reliable, experienced and professional! The best plumber in the Detroit area!
I called for service on Monday morning and within an hour there was a truck in my driveway. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed within an hour. The clean up after was minimal. The next time I need a plumber in the Detroit area I will call Roto-Rooter.

He was very thorough with his job not to mention very polite, down to Earth and friendly, which made it a pleasant experience because no sewer problem is pleasant, let's face it. We had a problem with our sump-pump not working, a problem we needed fixed fast due to the high water table in our area. A technician was able to come out the next day and determined we needed a new pump. He actually had the one we needed right on his truck. The entire visit start to finish was under and hour and was reasonably priced. No more worries about basement floods! Best plumbers in Detroit.
Tech Bud arrived on time diagnosed problem gave an acceptable estimate.The problem was taken care of and the tech left the area as clean as it was before he came. your company was recommended and I also will recommened.Your company is now our Detroit plumber

Called your service acouple days ago. The plumber showed up at my house in Detroit and fixed the bathtub,toilet, and outside faucet. His name was Todd Parker. He was quick and knew what to fix. If I have anymore issues with my house I will call and ask for him again. The invoice from the the job he did is 36281.

I called because I had a blocked drain in my bathroom sink and many other questions. Because I have a busy schedule, Todd came out on Sunday. He did a thorough inspection revealing some problems I didn't know existed. He completed all of the work I needed which included shopping and installing a new kitchen faucet. Job well done.
My husband is deployed with the USAF and my master bath was leaking down into my living room. I was in a panic and I made the mistake of calling a local plumbing company. The receptionist was nasty and said they could not come when I wanted them to come. She gave me a date and did not give me a time or go any further with the charge they require for just coming out. They wanted to charge me $92 just to come out to my house and $80 an hour fo repairs. WOW. Later after I calmed I called Roto Rooter and got the nicest person on the phone. I was very saitsfied and I made appt with Roto Rooter and cancelled the other plumber. The plumber came out, he was veery profeesional, he looked at the work needed to get done and gave me a quote. I was happy. He then started to proceed with the work. He did a great job and cleaned up neatly before he left. Every 4th of July something happens, Don't know why, this year it was plumbing. Very satisfied with the plumber sent on a holiday in Detroit area. No added charges being a holiday, was here when scheduled, very professional and skilled. Will not hesitate to call again, and recommend to others.
