I was in a rear end accident and it wasn't the first time. I was afraid there was going to be damage to my neck again. I called Michigan Auto Law so I could file a claim for my injuries against the driver who caused the accident. I was impressed that they acted so quickly to get someone out to me to discuss my case and my rights. They were ready to get things moving. After my case started, I received Ian as my attorney. Everything about him overall was great to deal with. I was impressed as to the education I got on how auto law goes and the whole process. Everybody that I dealt with through the whole process were great. Always accessible and always called back. Ian and his team never left me wondering what was happening with my case. Based on how well I was treated, I would definitely recommend the attorneys at this firm. They did everything in their power to help me.
I was in an auto accident and I was injured because the car hit us. So I sought legal advice. Michigan Auto Law came highly recommended. I called and my first impression was very good. I spoke with Mike Shaffer and he was very thorough in explaining if I had a case, and asking questions about my situation. He took time and he was always available to answer my further questions. Alison Duffy litigated my pain and suffering case. I give her a 10 out of 10! She has wonderful bedside manners. Her professionalism is just awesome, but yet she's a person. She's not some stuffy attorney that you cannot reach or connect with. She's empathetic as well. She kept me updated. She's just superb. Alison was also assuring and reassuring. I've never done litigation in my life. I didn't know what to expect but she prepared me for everything. She was a great attorney -preparing me for my deposition, meeting with me to figure out the breadth and scope of my case. She was a real pleasure to work with.

I had a pleasant experience with Brandon. He was a hard working attorney. He always kept me informed on everything I needed while everything was coming along with my auto accident case. He got no fault benefits (lost wages and medical) and pain and suffering for me. I would most definitely refer Brandon to anyone that I know that needed a great attorney.

I love Alison. She is a phenomenal attorney. She deals with people really well. She speaks clearly, explains the law and most importantly, she listens to me and takes all of my concerns very seriously. She is very professional. She took time out for me. If I needed something or didn't understand something, she would explain it to me. I would give Alison an A++. She handled my car accident case to the absolute best of her ability.
Bob Raitt and Alison Tomak served me real well. They did what they said they were going to do. CHeck into my case and see if they could get me a decent settlement. I was working and in a three car rear end car accident. Josh Terebelo explained everything to me as well, where I could understand it. ALl of my attorneys helped with my insurance lawsuit and my nofault benefits. We agreed on a pain and suffering settlement that I'm very happy with.
Ian Freed is a humble and great lawyer. He works hand in hand with you and he helped me a lot after my car accident. If you call him and you need something he is a helpful person. He basically helped me with any issue I had like with my insurance company or doctor bills. He helped me understand things about the nofault law on a personal level and didn't speak in hard lawyer in terms. I would recommend Ian to anybody that is in an automobile accident.
Michigan Auto Law gets the job done. Very friendly. They helped me to heal and get back on my feet after my car accident.
I would like to share that you guys are straight direct and concerned for the clients. I liked the hospitality in that I was first and cared for. My case wrapped up beautifully.

Michigan Auto Law is very efficient. Whenever you call, they will call you before the days end. Tom James is excellent at what he does and Dave Christenaen is superb. You can't ask for better attorneys. I give them all the praise in the world. And they make you fell at home. This is a nice office. From the moment you hit the door you feel comfortibale. One other thing about Tom and David, they look out for their clients best interests.

This firm really takes care of business. I was really satisfied with the work. Timeliness with phone calls and paperwork was excellent. The office had a warm environment. People were very nice and friendly. I didn't think that everything would go so smoothly. Anytime I called with questions or a problem, I always got an answer from Kevin and Amy. I always got a call back. I just felt really warm and comfortable with these attorneys.
This law firm wAs very responsible and attentive to my questions. I was alway treated with respect and courtesy. And they kept me posted as to how my case was going. Lenny koltonow and his secretary Gail were always available and helpful.
Michigan Auto Law will work hard for you. Very responsive to questions, they will answered Ina timely manner when you contact them, and they keep you informed of what's going on. We really enjoyed working with Sarah. I feel like I had a really good personal relationship with her. She is a really nice attorney to work with and I reccomnd her to anybody. When needed we also spoke to Dave Christensen. He was also very helpful. We would recommend Michigan Auto Law to anyone interested a firm who has your best interest at hand.

Bob raitt is good. He took care of business after my car accident. My wife and I were injured and he pointed us in the right direction. If you called he or Allison would call you back. Very independ lawyers. I liked them very much for the things that they did for both of us. I want to thank them.
Josh is a polite, courteaous, well mannered, respectable attorney. Whenincalledhe always called back. He is honest and always on time. He helped me throu the situation I was going through. Real helpful and always there.
Bob did well. He was very diligent with the case. He guided me in the right direction. This firm did good work for me and followed through with everything.
If your in an auto accident, the best place to call is Michigan Auto Law. Because they do the job well. When you call they approachable, you will get a respond right back rapidly no problem, step by step, where your case is at, the whole 9 yards. Lenny Koltonow is a very very dependabel attorney.
