East Michigan Trailers Sales is a full trailer and truck equipment dealer offering new and used trailers, van bodies and platform bodies. We are located in Detroit Michigan on West Fort Street between Clark and West Grand Blvd just 1/2 mile south of the Ambassador Bridge. We also stock a complete line of aftermarket parts and provide repairs on all makes of trailers and van bodies. Our business started in 1945 as Pezzani & Reid Equipment Company, founded by Pete Pezzani who had extensive experience in trailer parts and also Emerson Reid, who was an engineer and designed specialty trailers. East Michigan Trailer Sales has long since been recognized as the innovator and designer of specialty trailers. The first 8-axle trailers were introduced to the Michigan market as a Pezzani & Reid Design/Specification. Since then the company has evolved into a full line trailer and truck equipment dealer serving southeastern Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
