The advice they gave me got me into trouble. I would not trust anything they tell you. It also seemd as if they were a) never there or b) avoiding me. Bad advice and bad customer service.

I had to deal with Kathy Lightfoot. She has no idea what she is doing. She was not helpful at all.

My complaint is about the partner Diana Reynolds. She is never available, and the work she did for me got me in touble with the IRS. The secretary never lets me talk to her. She always pawns me off to one of the other employees. I've brought my work to other firms and the partners, the ones with the most experience, are at least more involved especially in the case of an IRS problem. If you want quality service and a knowledgeable person involved in your business I would not use this firm.

Terrible, terrible service. I would spend the extra money on O'Sullivan Creel. Their staff is more knowledgeable and helpful.
