The Manager is rude, violated my rights by giving false information to another landlord which caused me from getting a house. I moved because the complex have roaches really really bad and on the 2nd day i moved in there was a large rodant in my apt and i have a small child, who could have gottten bitten . When I moved in carpet was not brand new and at the end of my lease they tried to charge for brand new carpet at an outrageous price. The stove, diswasher and the fringe are very old. Please please please do not rent from these people. The only thing i can say is that they keep the landscaping nice and it is quiet. I wasn't the only complaintive. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bearu.

I lived here for a year and the apartment manager and her assistant were very rude and overbearing. They made my stay there a living hell. They came in and out of my apartment, while I was not there, as they please. My bank info was stolen and cash was taken from my bank account. I received bogus fines that were constantly left in my mailbox or door charging me to have the apartments' maintenance crew to come to my home to fix minor things. I was threaten and no longer felt safe living in this type of atmosphere and shortly I left. Please beware or this property.

I was a tenant there and was constantly harrassed by them the entire time I was a resident. These people came into my apratment any time they felt like it. They charged out rages fines for anything whether true or not. I have been in the customer service industry over 12 years and this is the worse case scenario I have ever endured.
