Beautiful complex, loud inconsiderate neighborsEDIT MY REVIEW I lived here a year. The complex is beautiful. Rent was $1025 for a 2BR with 2 1/2 baths. Electric bill was from $70-$260 a month. Gas was $10 to $25 depending on how much laundry and cooking I did. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There are two balconies that I didn't use because of pigeons and my neighbors. Was miserable because of loud and inconsiderate neighbors who stayed up late partying at times till 3 am outside their garage, 2 to 4 nights per week (few feet from my town home) even though there was a noise curfew for 10 pm, and their children who yelled and shrieked for hours almost daily in the pool and surrounding areas. The original manager created the problem by not enforcing rules since the inconsiderate neighbors were her friends, and she/her family would party with them at times. The new owner/manager is a nice man, but didn't seem to know how to handle the situation beyond asking the people to "be considerate of your neighbors," which did nothing. I had to call the police twice because neighbors thought they had the right to walk into my garage or open it up without my permission. They thought it was funny that I considered it trespassing and called the police to get it to stop. I suggest if potential renters are sensitive to noise that you keep this in mind when considering Willow Crest because I ended up being locked into a year lease (as it's costly to break or transfer it). If you don't mind, this could be the place for you.
