This post office received my package on the 7th of January. I had 3-5 day shipping and it hasn't left the facility for 4 days since, and no tracking updates are available. I ordered the package on Dec. 30 and it is now the 11th of January. Where is my package? Why was I charged for 3-5 day shipping if it has been 10 business days? I am so upset with the post office, no wonder they are going out of business!
