Opened in 2002 by Michael Gorman, PT, DMT, FAAOMPT, St. Louis Physical Therapy (STLPT) has become St. Louis’ Premier Therapy Provider by providing superior quality of care in a professional yet personal environment. Since opening 11 years ago, St. Louis Physical Therapy has expanded its practice to locations in Chesterfield, Olivette, Hazelwood, Des Peres and Fenton.
