Over priced and they did a horrible job on the full set I got. Employee Vincent is very rude and unprofessional. Owner Thia was very argumentative when I registered a complaint.

I have gone her since she opened. I have very sensative hands and am very particular. Thia is a young owner and her place was severly damaged by a fire less than a year in business. Since it was new, she was able to pick out all of the colors and decore. Remember she had to put the money in first and is still paying for the initial opening as well as recovering from the fire. The owner is very personable. I am still going there -- enough said!!! The business tells you the prices up front so no one should be surprised. You really do pay what you get for. I have gone to four other salons on the southside and I have found this to be the best. I love the choices, especial with the nail art. I am always surprised that my tech remembers my colors and past designs. How personable can you get?

Thia's Nails is my favorite place for mani's and pedi's because it is clean and the staff is great at what they do. Thia, the owner, and all the others are friendly, personable and professional. Thia has invested a lot of time and energy into making her salon top notch, and it shows!
