At first I was upset that when you called you couldn't talk to a person in the state of Iowa but now I'm glad because the girls that work there are completely incompetent !. Every time I come into tan I either have to wait 15 minutes or I get in the bed and the sprays don't work. ON ANOTHER OCCASION... I was told it would b 5 min.... ok I waited....20 while she served new customers getting allll their info...the bed would have took a few min to clean and get me in instead she delayed all 10 of us in line or in the waiting room by not getting the beds going bc we could have been tanning while she took down the new peoples info and also got them in more quickly instead I just walked out for the 5 Th time. I pay a lot of money just to have an aroma therapy spray and the last 6 times I have came in bed 15 has had no aromatherapy so it just stops the air conditioning and sprays nothing. Today there was 4 instant beds open I had 1 upgrade left on my account and the girl did not even offer it to me. I called into the call center and made a complaint to corporate and hopefully they will get their stuff together because they have lost my business I drive 7 miles just to tan there great beds but the employees don't care about the customers.they have lost my businesse after 5 month and I'm sure many more to come the price is cheaper but the customer service is terrible. I can't get into a bed half the time I do not recommend this place classic tan is much better! With the exception of the nice people in Kentucky who offered me upgrades bc the in store employee arnt smart enough to make my experience worth while....funny how I pay 60$ a month and they are tanner than me....why don't u hire people who are above the age of 16 and maybe they would worry about the things that matter rather than their cell phones!!! AND U ONLY GET THE ONE SSTAR BC THE NICE MAN IN KENTUCKY
