The agency provides volume purchasing, insurance and food distribution services for its members. It offers financial support to IHA through employee expense allocation, sponsorship and cash distribution. In partnership with Health Enterprises Cooperative, the agency provides group purchasing programs to enable clients analyze contract and noncontract purchases, activate contract pricing, and create and customize supply expense reports. ServiShare offers a range of property and casualty insurance products that includes workers' compensation, general liability and property insurance plans. It additionally provides hospital collaborative wellness, pregnancy care, personal health assessment and Web-based lifestyle management programs.
