Saw movie there this weekend. Have not been there since I saw Charlotte's Web there in 1973. Didn't know it was still there. One of Des Moines' best hidden gems. Take your kids and let them know what it used to be like to go to the movies before the age of cut up screens and tin can speakers at the multiplex. 800 seat theater with huge screen and great sound. Reasonable ticket prices and concessions. I'll be back.
