Extremely dissatisfied with my experience, first of all when a ring is ordered from the website it is customarily gift wrapped as specified on the website we received the ring in a plastic bag and it was not engraved as ordered. After having to pay an additional 25 dollar engraving fee, the engravings were not where i had specified and they looked absolutely awful. That was the final straw i demanded a full refund for both the ring and the engraving which ended up taking over an hour for them to find my order and finally refund it, I strongly recommend ANY other jewelry store. While waiting for the refund another couple came in to pick up an order and they too looked absolutely disgusted. 0/5 stars AVOID THIS STORE

Not at all happy. Was told by one rep the amount that I would have to pay for my ring repair was $55 something. Then went back next day to pick it up and had to pay over $99.00. Diamond was covered under warranty and that was what the mounting cost without the extended warranty. I was completely dissatisfied with lack of consistency with staff. Will not shop at Kays again, although I have purchased other merchandise, which had also had to be repaired before a year of wear. Only gave one star because system would not accept "0" stars.
