They stole my video game while I tried to sell it. I strongly don't recommend going to them to sell your video games. I recently went in to sell my video games and Xbox one. After dropping my items off to be inspected they quoted me a low price for everything I had so I decided to try another place to sell my games. When I went to the other place to see what they would offer me, they told me how a game of mine was not in the right case. Which I found weird because i know that I had all the games in the case before going into Jays. I checked to see if they put the other game into my console and they didn't. So I called them and asked if they left it outside the console before returning it to me. They told me they didn't have the disk and that I should check at home. I proceeded to tell them that I know it was in there before entering your store and they still told me they didn't have it. I just want to make people aware if you go to sell your video games or anything that they could potentially steal while you are not in sight be aware! Don't make the same mistake as I did and trust this store.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a fun place for window shopping. Many fun action figures and collectables, but they're overpriced, they take no accountability for the condition of their merchandise, and the customer service is horrid. You can do much better on Amazon or other online sites. Especially if you enjoy being treated like a human being.

Never understood what was so awesome about this place. They buy at very low prices and sell high. I like comics, graphic novels, music and all that stuff. However every time I have went in there the staff acts like it is a real hassle to help me. One guy even tried to argue with me that the book I was buying was no good and that I should get the one that cost $30 dollars more. I wont be going back there. If I wanted to argue with a nerd about Dungeons and Dragons I would just stay on the internet.
Worth the 20 minute drive across town for the graphic novels and newly released serial comics. I have 2 comic stores within walking distance to me, and prefer to drive to Jays.
A great place for people with interests in music, movies, comics, and toy-collecting. Plus the owner is a great guy.
jay's cd and hobby is a great place to find the music you want at affordable prices
