I HAD MY OLD GARAGE TORN DOWN AND A NEW ONE BUILT BY GRA-RE-BUILDERS.I ALSO LOOKED AT A GARAGE THEY HAD BUILT AN ADDITION TO.I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW IT LOOKED AS IF IT HAD ALWAYS BEEN THERE.RONNIE WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW GARAGE.I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL COMPLIMENTS FROM PEOPLE WHO RECOGNIZE A QUALITY JOB WHEN THEY SEE ONE.RONNIE KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS AND EASILY MADE A COUPLE CHANGES NOT ON THE ORIGINAL BID.I HAVE A VERY WELL BUILT GARAGE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRA-RE-BUILDERS TO ANYONE.THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. GRA-RE-BUILDERS DID AN ADDITION TO MY RAMP&DECK.ALSO INSTALLED AN EXTRA WIDE DOOR.AS I AM DISABLED AND HAVE AN OVERSIZED ELECTRIC POWER CHAIR.THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND DID THE WORK VERY FAST AND WITH LOTS OF CARE.THEY EVEN DID SOME EXTRA WORK LIKE EXTENDING MY DECK 2 FOOT WITHOUT ADDED COST.THIS WAS VOUCHER WORK.WHICH MEANS MATERIAL &LABOR IS DONE BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE.ALOT OF CONTRACTORS WONT EVEN DO THAT TYPE WORK.RONNIE & HIS WORKERSARE VERY RELIABLE & PROFESSIONAL.I WOULD GIVE HIM AN A+ RATING AND WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN WITHOUT ANY CONCERNS.I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS & RELATIONS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND GRA RE BUILDERS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD A GARAGE OR AN ADDITION ON THEIR HOUSE.WE HAVE DONE BOTH AND ARE VERY SATISFIED.OUR 2 CAR,11/2 STORY GARAGE.THE PRICE WAS RIGHT AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.WE WERE SO SATISFIED WE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OUR NEIGHBORS.THEY ENDED UP USING THEM AS WELL.WE ACQUIRED A SECOND PROPERTY THAT HAD AN OBSTRUCTED ENTRY TO THE ATTIC.EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND,WE CALLED GRA RE BUILDERS AND TALKED TO A REAL PERSON.IN 1 WEEK WE HAD A DORMER AND THE CLEANUP WAS DONE.DURING THE PROJECT WE DID STOP IN A FEW TIMES.THEY ANSWERED QUESTIONS AND LET US SEE WORK AS IT PROGRESSED.THE WORKERS ALSO LEFT THE JOB EXTREMELY TIDY.WHEN WE CAN USE GRA RE IN THE FUTURE WE WILL.WE KNOW THEY ARE REASONABLE,QUALITY WORKMANSHIP,POLITE WORKERS,AND RONNIE AND NANCY ARE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. CONTINUED......So we decided one more wouldn't hurt - we gave Ronnie a call and set an appointment up for a couple of days later.Ronnie showed up before we did (we were 15 minutes early), the weather was cold and rainy (previous contractors had either cancelled or didn't show with this same weather). Right from the beginning Ronnie was very personable, professional and above all - reasonable.Ronnie quoted below all other contractors - way below. So Ronnie was our guy!Ronnie and his team showed up every morning at 7:30 to begin their work. They worked all day - rain or shine. So our garage was up within a week and a half!All the crew working with Ronnie were very pleasant and fun to speak with!It was very comforting and fun every morning before I left for work - to step outside and speak with Ronnie and the crew before the days work.I would have to say that Ronnie and his crew would be one of the best companies that I know - and would recommend them to anyone. After moving into our first home, my fiance and I were looking into having a garage built. We talked to our family and friends to see if they knew anyone. We received several referrals and were advised of several local companies.We our searching online, through the phone book and from our family and friends referrals.We received several quotes, ranging either from 13k to over 15k.At the beginning of our search we were very dissatisfied on several levels, Many times we were stood up by contractors for quotes (they didn't show or call). then the quotes were outrageously higher than we had expected and planned for, then most contractors were not very personable.We advised our Loan Officer that we were changing our mind of getting a garage added - she then suggested Ronnie with GRA RE Builders. It is with a great deal of confidence and gratitude that I find myself writing this letter of reference for GRA Builders. My wife and I had GRA build a two-car garage next to our house.Ours was an unusual situation in that the space we had set aside for the garage was very tight between the house and the utility box. We also limited the garage to a specific sight as we did not want the garage to set behind the house and we did not want the garage to block our view to the South of the house.GRA RE Builders was able to accomplish all that with a garage that matched our house with the appropriate siding and roof shingles to go well with the house. The garage is well built and far exceeds our expectations.Beginning with the professional estimate, GRA RE Builders listened to our concerns and made adjustments as necessary to accomplish what we wanted. WE HAD OUR GARAGE COMPLETED LAST YEAR JUNE/JULY.
