The Fleur Height Care Center consists of a rehabilitation zone, long-term care unit, nursing facility and assisted living apartments. Its long-term care unit offers services, such as therapies, dietary, activities, laundry and housekeeping. Its amenities include private and semi-private rooms, cable television, telephone hook ups and a beauty salon. It also offers in-house dental, vision and podiatry services. The center s nursing facility provides tube feeding, pulmonary care, nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, wound care, ostomy training, pain management and hospice services. Located in Des Moines, Iowa, the Fleur Height Care Center is a part of the Pacifica Health Services that was founded in 2002 and operates the Carlisle Care Center in Iowa.
