It's very difficult to say anything nice about this office. Appointments are made and on numerous occasions I have sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour.....same sad excuse each and every time from the physician and his CMA. Apparently a patients time is not of any value at this clinic.........

I LOVE this place!!! Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful! Shelley, the Office Mgr., is fabulous! My personal favorite is Dr. Hockett. I refer to him as, "Dr. God." I have had occasion to be treated by all four doctors on staff, if Dr. Hockett has been unavailable, but Hockett's the one! I trust him implicitly, and I love his sense of humor! He is a very knowledgeable and compassionate man, and the best doctor anyone could have!!!!!! Linda can take my blood, anytime, while I always look forward to seeing Nikki, Mary Jo, Mary, Florida Seminoles fan Jennifer, Shelley (even though she's a Hawkeye fan), and everyone else at Northwest! They're ALL great!
