I ended up enjoying the place very well when I did my tour. The manager was very nice and the maintenance lady was wonderful. However, as the time went on. The manager didn't answer any phone calls, and never got back to you by phone or e-mail. Also, you have to pay her $140 for a spot on her level in the parking garage, if you go to ampco they only have you pay $100 and you can park practically wherever you would like. So she charges an extra $40 that probably goes in her own pocket. If you contact the maintenance themselves, they are excellent at getting things done. It is just the manager and parking that really is not the best for anything. Also, if it helps, I did end up choosing this place for 5 months and I will now be moving out. This place has a lot of people moving out quite a bit of the time, and then she always finds replacements but it is only the amount of time when they move out as well.
