Didn't want to believe the reviews because the food is so good n usually fast but the lady that answers the phone is horrible... Hung up immediately when I mentioned I didn't have card on hand... !!! Thai flavors it is tonight.

The lady that took my order was very polite, gave me the amount owed and time for delivery .I always order from here and my children and I really like their food.

YES THEY ARE USUALLY RUDE I HAVE HUNG UP ON THEM MORE THAN A FEW TIMES AND JUST WENT DOWN THE STREET TO EAT. This time the lady was actually nice and understanding. I have always liked there food. So maybe someone is acuallly reading these that own it? Only thing please tell me how long til my food arrives lol.

This place did not deliver all of our food also, one person did not get to eat because she was on the phone for 20 min trying to get them to deliver the rest of our food. Now it is over two hours later and we still do not have the missing food. The lady that answers the phone is very rude and has no desire to help customers. She treats customers like a burden instead of a customer.

They were very rude. It was like i was a hassel rather than a guest and i could not understand them.
