I have been a customer for years now but this year I have no desire to come back because the older representative at that branch is a horible customer service representative. Multiple times, I rushed off from work to make there in time before they close but 2 times, she denied me when I got there at 5:50pm because there were 2 other people ahead of me that was doing an application then 2 other times, she denied me because I came right at 6pm but she said they were closed but she just forgot to shut off the "open" sign. I explained to her all I need was to write because I don't want to overdraft, her response was "It's not my problem" -- this cost me $36 in overdraft fees. I know I am not the only that feels this way because I have seen her treat other customer badly. Management should do a secret shoper there and see for themselves, she has no business in helping customers who are already having financial hardship!

EVERYTIME I NEED CASH AND FAST I GO TO CHECK N GO. THIA IS VERY CONVENIENT WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY ON HAND.
